A passion project for brothers Terry and Robin Wong and their longtime friend and pitmaster Quy Hoang, Blood Bros BBQ incorporates the tastes and flavours of Houston’s culturally diverse population into meats supplied by local Texan farms. Must-not-miss dishes include the gochujang (Korean fermented chilli sauce) beef belly burnt ends, the Thai green curry boudin (pork sausage) and the Thai peanut butter sticky ribs. The lines get long and the food sells out daily, so get there early and be prepared for a wait.
