Muse On is a shrine to analogue music, housing an impressive collection of old vinyl records, vintage speakers and reel-to-reel recorders. The drink menu is unlikely to disappoint, spanning absinthe through to Ron Zapaca, with plenty of wines and whiskies to choose from, plus the signature Muse On Highball. Meanwhile, the nibbles include a three-tiered spread of cheese and fruit. Patrons may order up old favourites by filling out song-request forms.
