Nozomi elevates the classic bento box with premium, seasonal ingredients from Japan. The summer menu includes treats like the tai carpaccio salad with slivers of snapper wrapped in mango and served with ice plant salad. If you’re after a little heat, the unagi donabe features Japanese eel glazed with a spicy kabayaki sauce.
