This humble RV-styled food truck provides a modern spin to the traditional hawker’s food stalls littered across the island. The young owners – Pavithran Kirshnan, Edmond Nirmal and Thanesh Joel Kumar – have put thought into perfecting their tacos, nachos and pasta, which they serve with a choice of chicken, beef and duck meat fillings.
Give the birria (tacos with stewed meat) a try, which has an extra layer of umami goodness compared to its other counterparts. Guests may take away the food, or opt to enjoy the piping hot food at the adjacent Gala House Penang that doubles as Pablo’$ al-fresco seating area. It serves beverages that pair well with the honest, down-to-earth Mexican street food.
