Auberge Tokito, situated in Tokyo’s western suburb of Tachikawa, has become the talk of the city since its opening in April 2023. Tokito embraces the spirit of French auberge dining, a combination of high-end cuisine with refined accommodations. The restaurant, Shokubo, is led by Yoshinori Ishii and his team of chefs brimming with experience in Michelin-starred joints. The ten-course gastronomic experience is like no other.
