Coming soon to the Lion City, the Singapore Food Festival will run for 17 days from 18 July. Expect pop-up restaurants, food-centred art programming and culinary workshops.
2. Sample Food Festival
Over 16,000 foodies graced the 2018 edition of the one-day-only Sample Food Festival in New South Wales, Australia. This year’s event takes place on 7 September.
3. Shuko Beach
This Hamptoms event started on 7 June and runs every weekend through to Labour Day (2 September). A single seat at the Chef’s Counter of the New York summer pop-up goes for US$200.
4. Applebee’s Fish
It took Applebee’s Fish six months to plan their seafood-centric summer pop-up, which runs along the River Thames at London’s Southbank Centre until 15 September.
