A collaboration between the Vietnam Handicraft Exporters Association and the Lund Design School of Sweden, Hanoi Design Center is a showroom and art studio featuring avant-garde, experimental and hard-to-find fair trade gems in Hanoi. With a focus on home décor and accessories, there’s an array of intricate rattan laundry baskets, handwoven scarves and unusual bamboo lampshades on sale. The centre is focused on developing the skills of local artisans and promoting their designs.
