Owner and sommelier Jemma Styer has created a tight yet exciting wine menu, which includes offerings from boutique and independent wineries, and spotlights wines crafted by women of colour. Her selection leans heavily towards natural wines produced with minimal intervention. Meanwhile, self-taught chef and co-owner Jessie Doveton honours her Thai heritage with the inventive small plates served here. In an industry still predominantly male, this women-owned bar holds its own against its more well-established peers.
