Slightly off the beaten track, Wildcard is a charming gem of a find. Its unassuming shopfront, tucked almost out of sight in Furama Riverfront, belies an exciting food and drink program that includes the excellent ready-to-drink bottled negronis from London’s Bar Termini.
The retro-eclectic space hosts bar and kitchen takeovers, but regulars return for chef Ahmir Arshad’s easy-going but elevated comfort food like the cult favourite oxtail donuts and prawn katsu sandos. If you’ve discovered a new wine you love here, good news – it’s also a bottle shop.
