Housed in a beautifully refurbished four-storey shophouse on Boon Tat Street, White Shades is mixologist Bai Jiawei’s ambitious multi-concept cocktail experience. It begins on the ground floor with Dessert, an ice cream parlour serving boozy gelato and low-ABV tea cocktails, as well as cold brew tea and coffee. Take the lift up to Cocktail for craft-forward tipples and gastronomic bites, like tagliatelle tossed with spiced bebek (duck) ragu and winged bean. The third floor is designed for private events, while the rooftop offers a breezy terrace for draft cocktails and beers.
