Mandarin Oriental’s award-winning MO Bar reopens after a renovation, with a new team led by bar manager Charlie Kim. With dark wood and leather complemented by plush jewel-toned upholstery, it’s now a darker, more seductive cocktail lounge.
The cocktails take inspiration from Singapore’s rich culture; the Kopi Siew Tai, for instance, includes a homegrown hom mali rice whiskey in its nod to our local coffee shops. Feast on elevated Singaporean favourites like lobster laksa as the city skyline glitters out the window.
