The Sunshine60 Observatory Tenbou-Park is an observation deck and artificial indoor park on the top floor of the Sunshine 60 Building, the tallest in Tokyo’s Ikebukuro district. This family-friendly space offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city from every window, and boasts dedicated areas for babies and toddlers. The cafe is stocked with delicious bites and desserts, but you can also bring your own food and drink into Tenbou Park for a picnic on weekdays between 11am and 2pm.
