Not far from the beach on Batu Balong, owner and chef Will Meyrick’s Billy Ho is the darling of Bali’s Asian-inspired dining. Since its post-Covid reopening, the place has had a remake. With its swanky surrounds and upbeat vibe, it’s all about copious share-plates and extravagant cocktails that will keep you there ‘til the wee hours. The seafood-focussed menu features prawn dumplings and flame-torched salmon nigiri, salt and pepper squid, karaage chicken lollipops and Peking duck. Pair it with chilli margaritas and Asian daiquiris.
