With a name that means “clan” or “tribe” in Indonesian, Kaum dishes up authentic cuisine from across the archipelago at Bali’s legendary Potato Head Beach Club. The venue features long wooden tables that emphasise the concept of communal dining. Dishes, which are designed to be shared, include all-time Indonesian favourites such as nasi goreng (fried rice) along with lesser-known delicacies such as babi genyol (braised pork cheek cooked with Balinese spices).
