In the lively neighbourhood of Berawa, Canggu, Bella is the creative output of executive chef Oguz Karadogan whose seafood-focussed menu puts an international twist on Mediterranean and Anatolian cuisine. The lively space, with mosaic floors, snazzy fabric tub chairs, art and gold accents, has an open kitchen that dishes out share-plates including garlic-roasted tiger prawns on creamy orzo pilaf, and lamb pide on flat bread with tomato ponzu and buffalo mozzarella. The in-house DJ set ensures that dinner soon turns into late-night cocktails.
