It’s not as famous as the default Coffee Collective that’s everywhere in Copenhagen, but the coffee here is strong with just the right amount of acidity and the pastries are solid. Danes take their coffee seriously; in a city where third-wave is the norm rather than the exception, this is a winning offering. Plus, the cups (for in-house sipping or takeaway) are the prettiest we’ve ever seen.
