Hidden behind an unassuming liquor store, you’ll find the plush, lavish space that’s reminiscent of American prohibition bars. Run by the folks behind Moonshine Asia, Phnom Penh’s sole boutique spirits distributor, the bar offers a cocktail menu with familiar favourites with a twist, like a Sazerac with an absinthe flourish and an tequila-based Old Fashioned. For a more locally inspired drink, opt for the Rice Paddy Gimlet which swaps gin for a ma’om (a type of rice paddy field herb) distillate.
