1960s Italo-cool takes centre stage at Si Paradiso’s chic dining room, with its wooden floors and timber panelling, while the courtyard is decked out with beach umbrellas and lush greens. You’ll find Italian snacks, pizza and a few bigger dishes like gnocchi and beef short rib on its taut menu. The pizza is the star of the show, given its generous toppings and 96-hour fermented dough which makes the crust light and buoyant. The extensive wine list champions Australian and European producers, with a leaning towards natural wines.
