Opened in June 2023 in happening Saint-Gilles, double Michelin-starred chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre and partner Victor des Roseaux’s casual Korean is a major hit. Despite its cosmopolitan character, Brussels lacks its share of Korean restaurants – but Anju’s knock-out banchan (think Korean small plates) more than compensate, ranging from poached oysters in kimchi water to ginseng chicken with rice. Knock back some soju or a Korean beer while taking in the K-Pop-themed decor.
