My son was two years old then and I was travelling alone with him for the first time. He wasn’t too well and we were late, and to add to this I had forgotten to carry his favourite pasta and car to play with; that was my only weapon to calm him.
As I entered the plane, he started throwing his usual tantrums. I didn’t know what to do. I was greeted with a reassuring smile. My kid was immediately given a red car-shaped pouch, and he coincidentally had yummy pasta for lunch. The cabin crew kept waving, talking and smiling to him.
I didn’t notice when I reached my destination. It was hassle-free and amazing.
What I can say after that day, is that I’m addicted to Singapore Airlines. No Airline has yet to match the standard you have set for me.
