Formerly known as Roots Creative, this Modern American restaurant under the creative watch of chefs Eric Liu, Hansong Cho and Melanie Garcia is still dishing out innovative plates dedicated to a farm-to-table policy. The menu changes periodically to utilise seasonal ingredients and produce sourced from around the island. A mainstay on their menu is the “fried soup” – toothsome, deep-fried bites that release an explosion of flavour from the soup encased within.
