Fun and funky bright orange hues dominate this terrace bar dedicated to Aperol Spritz, one of Milan’s favourite aperitifs, with spectacular views of the Duomo next door. First produced in 1919, Aperol is concocted from gentian, rhubarb and cinchona, and while the cocktail usually comprises three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol and a splash of soda, this can vary from bartender to bartender. It’s celebrated each evening from 6pm at aperitivo time.
