A Düsseldorf skyline icon, the 240m-tall Rheinturm (Rhine Tower) stands proud at the southern end of the riverside promenade. A lift carries sightseers up to the observation deck at 168m or, if you want to dine here, to the slightly higher revolving restaurant. On a clear day, you can spot the spires of Cologne Cathedral.
