Run by one of Adelaide’s most inventive and playful sommeliers, the jet-black bar at this North Adelaide venue is lined with bottles you won’t find anywhere else in the city (or indeed the country). Japanese absinthe vies for space with bittersweet French amer and aged riesling from co-owner Geoffrey Hunt’s private collection. If you catch him behind the bar, he’ll happily suggest a drink tailored to your mood. Feeling peckish?
