The Soho branch is one of two locations for Venetian restaurant Polpo (the other in Chelsea), an early champion of the small plates format that’s now all the rage. Dishes include seafood (braised scallops with pancetta and peas is one example), small pizzas (toppings include gorgonzola, walnut and salsa verde) and different types of meatballs sprinkled with parmesan – accompanied by an all-Italian wine list and cocktails.
