Singapore Airlines has just been awarded Best Airline in the World in TripAdvisor’s 2019 Travellers’ Choice Awards for Airlines. This is the second time SIA has taken home top honours in the annual vote which takes into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings over a 12-month period on the site.

Since winning the accolade last year, Singapore Airlines has continued to enhance the flying experience for its customers, enabling pre-ordering of inflight meals network-wide for customers in the premium cabins as well as announcing plans to roll out new wellness cuisine and seasonal menus in the second half of this year. SIA has also been driving digital initiatives such as KrisPay to provide KrisFlyer members more opportunities to earn miles through everyday purchases.
