Singapore’s most iconic hotel Raffles has repackaged the dining experiences from four of its restaurants into a grab-and-go service. 藝 yì by Jereme Leung is serving healthful dishes such as crunchy kale with shrimp paste and Hunan-style steamed cod fish, while Tiffin Room is making available its Lucknowi chicken biryani, lamb leg raan and other signatures.
Alternatively, order raw cuts of Angus beef, as well as ready-to-eat steak sandos, from Butcher’s Block, or Southeast Asian tapas such as the Singapore chilli crab cake and the Courtyard Burger from the Grand Lobby.
