Singaporean muralist Yip Yew Chong’s realistic brushwork can be found in various neighbourhoods of the island city. From back-lane barbers he used to visit, to provision shops with bamboo blinds, his stunning artworks capture nostalgic scenes of the 1970s and 1980s – a stark contrast against modern surroundings of today.
