Mausam Jotwani started cheesemaking as a hobby and, before she knew it, it turned into her profession. She now supplies European cheeses like mozzarella, fromage blanc and burrata to Mumbai’s restaurants and caterers.

This spot specialises in French and Italian cheeses like brie and camembert, and recently launched a new range flavoured with herbs, spices and black Italian truffles.
