Unsurprisingly, the first hotel from the eponymous 259-year-old French crystal maker exudes Parisian opulence. Located directly across from the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Baccarat’s global flagship in midtown Manhattan features 114 luxurious rooms with custom-made Mascioni jacquard bedding, Baccarat crystal sconces (but of course) and white marble bathrooms; there’s also a fitness centre, heated pool with checkered floors and cabanas and a luxurious spa by super-premium skincare brand La Mer.
