This long-standing indoor market is a hotbed of creativity for the city’s alternative thinkers. It plays host to dozens of vintage clothes stalls, tattoo parlours and fancy-dress boutiques across its four floors. It was also one of the first places where celebrated fashion designer Wayne Hemingway kick-started his career back in the 1980s, inspiring many generations of designers after him.
