Inspired by the fragrant Persian herbs and spices traded in such neighborhoods as Bur Dubai, Sikka uses these ingredients in a wide range of dishes celebrating traditional Middle Eastern flavors. With three locations throughout the city, the restaurant features an all-day menu highlighting beef kebabs and butter chicken, hummus and chana dal (lentils flavored with spices) and, of course, classic aseeda bobar (pumpkin puree with ghee). Wash it all down with a passion-fruit mojito mocktail.
