Hidden away in the less-visited, working-class district of Resitpasa, Aman da Bravo is the city’s neighbourhood restaurant par excellence. The interior’s quirky wares lend it the feeling of an eccentric living room rather than a restaurant, while chef Inanc Celengil’s hearty yet refined fare – such as her urbane take on national favourite kokorec (lamb intestines wrapped in sweetbreads and grilled on a skewer) – leaves taste buds teased and stomachs sated.
