Designed by the late Zaha Hadid, Dongdaemun Design Plaza is a hulking Möbius strip of a building where Korean and international creativity meet. Inside you’ll find shops, restaurants, a creative lounge and galleries showcasing rotating design-focused exhibitions. DDP hosts the biannual Seoul Fashion Week; during warmer months, it’s also the site of a night market and a weekend farmers’ market.
