Perennial favourites include the pastrami reuben, with generous amounts of smoked-steamed beef brisket pastrami, Russian-dressing coleslaw and Swiss cheese between rye bread; and the Hot Fried Chicken, a Southern-style sandwich with spicy fried chicken thigh and Tex-Mex coleslaw on potato buns.
