Nestled within the verdant Sentosa island, the hilltop venue is an idyllic retreat from the city, with three dining concepts – 1-Group’s signature Wildseed Cafe, the new Wildseed Bar & Gril and French-Japanese restaurant Camille. The century-old conservation house, now beautifully refurbished, seems custom-designed for relaxed brunches and romantic dates. On sunlit days, the charming grand terrace of Wildseed Cafe offers a breezy spot for high tea and panoramic views. As the sun sets, it converts smoothly into the intimate Wildseed Bar & Grill, ideal for cocktails and bar bites. At dinnertime, head upstairs to the elegant Camille. Start with a rich tartare of A5 Hokkaido beef and tuna, topped with freshly grated wasabi and crispy puffed rice. The ‘Robbins Island’ Tasmanian wagyu flat iron steak is a full-flavoured standout, served rare and luscious with a side of salt-baked celeriac. The deconstructed ‘Black Forest’ dessert, served tableside, ends the meal with a flourish.
