Simply tell the bartenders what you feel like drinking and they’ll whip up a bespoke creation tailored to your flavour preferences. The cocktails themselves are works of art and come garnished with anything from flower petals and julienned Japanese grapes to silver sugar balls and flaming sprigs of rosemary.
