Like walking into Cinderella’s castle or a stylised TV costume drama, Turandot Palace is a wonderful restaurant that pays homage to Imperial Russia with a fusion of French, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. If reports are to be believed, the interiors, which include fine silks and chandeliers, cost US$40 million. The dishes, though, are more reasonable in price.
