Like all proper boutique hotels worthy of the label, The Henry focuses on design and experience, creating a stunning oasis in the middle of busy Pasay City. While its counterpart in Cebu is unapologetically modern, the Manila version gives a nod towards its historic environs by keeping one foot in the past while keeping another, quirky foot in the present. The buildings and the lush grounds recall the grand houses of pre-war Manila; inside, the rooms have playful, decidedly millennial little details.
