Surprisingly, some of the metro’s greenest areas are part of shopping centres – like the aptly named Greenbelt, which has a large and picturesque garden connecting the various buildings. Two of the mall’s wings (Greenbelt 4 and 5) house international and local luxury brands, while the rest of the space contains hundreds of retail shops and dining options. Luxury shoppers, take note: Manila is one of the cheapest places to buy luxury goods in the region.
