One of the first restaurants to offer a modern take on Filipino food, Sentro continues to serve inventive and delicious versions of local favourites, like the deliciously rich and tangy corned beef sinigang (sour broth), sticky and savoury oxtail kare-kare (peanut stew), smoked fish lumpia (spring rolls) and different versions of pork adobo – crunchy, cooked with coconut milk or classically tangy with garlic and vinegar.
