Having opened at the beginning of 2018 with only eight suites, this hotel is a welcome boutique addition to the Roman hotel landscape. The de Ricci comes from the same people as the legendary Pierluigi restaurant around the corner and adds yet more sophistication to the discreetly flourishing Regola district. With eight trained sommeliers working on site, it’s hardly surprising that there is a distinct focus on wine, with the Charade private bar being an optimum tasting venue.
