While the restaurant might be a little ways out of central Rome, chef Fundim Gjepali’s adventurous menu makes the uphill climb to his restaurant well worth the exercise. Roman and Italian classics are perfected but often reinterpreted; the aubergine parmigiana served as an almost perfect little box is a treat for all senses.
