Operating out of a bright yellow food truck emblazoned with hipster motifs, Martabak Boss serves up giant gooey pancakes stuffed to the brim with an extensive range of toppings and fillings. Options include but are not limited to black chocolate lava, red velvet, taro, espresso, matcha and tuna. Each martabak is decadent, fluffy and bursting with sinful indulgence. Once you’re done, pop by the café next door and wash it down with some freshly brewed coffee.
