Housed in the picturesque 18th-century hôtel particulier (townhouse) Hôtel Biron, Musée Rodin attracts over 700,000 visitors each year. It offers the chance to explore the eponymous sculptor’s oeuvre, as well as works by his muse and pupil, Camille Claudel. The romantic gardens, which span some three hectares, are home to some of the artist’s most celebrated sculptures, such as The Gates of Hell and The Thinker.
