Named after the picturesque village it inhabits, the wooden-house fine-diner’s soirées are often overseen by co-owner/director and journeyman chef Nguon “Chai” Vengcchay, who ensures the adventurous fusion tasting menus, rooted in Khmer produce, retain their surprise factor with unlikely yet delectable flavour combinations.
