Relatively new on the speakeasy scene, this ultra-discreet, year-old mixology den sports dark, moody interiors, and looks a million dollars with its wraparound bar and super-friendly staff. The riverside haunt has acquired cachet among cocktail connoisseurs, partygoers and music lovers for its premium ingredients, guest baristas, DJ nights, visiting musicians and theme nights. Infusion is, remarkably, the first bar venture for owner Huyly “Ly” Lim, who prior to arriving in Siem Reap ran a boutique hotel in the eastern province of Ratanakiri. Try the Mekong G&T, which epitomises the locally oriented drinks menu.
