Owner Rith Yoeun is passionate about presenting a modern twist on traditional Cambodian countryside dishes. The prahok (a piquant fermented pork and fish dip served in most Cambodian homes) is plated with vegetable crudités and edible flowers. Other notable dishes include the fried egg with minced pork and dried fish with Cambodian pickled ants.
