Have questions before your flight? You can now consult Kris, our new beta chatbot that’s equipped to answer queries spanning everything from baggage to check in. Here’s what you need to know about this tech marvel.
1. Homegrown talent
Kris was developed in-house by a team that pioneered the adoption of Agile methodology (software that stresses collaboration and continual learning) internally at SIA.
2. Talk of the town
Kris answers over 3,000 questions weekly. Some of the more popular topics have included baggage allowances and online bookings.
3. Support crew
As a beta bot, Kris will be in constant learning mode and its capabilities will develop over time with the support of a team of trainers.
4. Expanding reach
Kris can currently be reached via the SIA global Facebook page – simply open a private chat on Facebook Messenger. It will soon be made available on singaporeair.com, so there’ll be even more chances to get chatting.
