I enjoyed my journey to Europe on Singapore Airlines – it was a memorable and pleasant flight. It was my father’s birthday that month and I wanted to give him a surprise on his first long-haul flight to Europe. However, I told the cabin crew, Daniel, that it was all right if he wasn’t able to provide a cake as I had only informed him when I boarded the plane. He said he would see what he could do.
To my surprise, he later came with a small cheesecake and a glass of champagne, together with a birthday card. My dad was thrilled! This flight will remain in his memory forever. He also told me that he would like to travel via Singapore Airlines again on his next holiday.
